Our Inspiration

Victoria is an experienced litigator, investigator, and advocate with the goal of guiding her clients through the intricacies of employment 

law. As a 30-year attorney and as the former owner of a large regional staffing company, Victoria understands the challenges, worries and incredible effort it takes to operate a business, especially in California. Her expertise in employment law, coupled with her entrepreneurial spirit, enables her to offer practical business and legal advice as well as comprehensive solutions. Victoria is motivated to make a difference in the lives of her clients and their companies. 

Victoria's areas of practice includes all things employment related: Compliance; Wage and hour; Workplace accommodations; Protected leaves; Discipline and performance management; Harassment, discrimination and retaliation claims; Representing employers at administrative hearings; Conducting workplace investigations; Developing and training employers, managers and HR on best practices in hiring and terminating; Drafting employee handbooks, severance, arbitration, confidentiality and non-solicitation agreements for employers in CA and many other states.  

When not working, you will find Victoria enjoying her family. She is passionate about her kids, football and softball. She enjoys supporting several non-profits that are making a difference in the community. 

Kayla has experience as an HR consultant and employment lawyer practicing in wage and hour disputes, harassment and discrimination claims, employee handbooks, employee trainings and more. She has a strong passion for cultivating positive workplace experiences and simplifying complex employment law matters for employers. 

Kayla is driven by her desire to make a meaningful impact, combining legal knowledge with her ability to empathize with the concerns of both employees and employers. Her goal is to build bridges, promote open communication, and facilitate positive working relationships that benefit everyone involved.
